Shenzen. We stayed near the OCT-Lofts, which is an amazing area. It feels and looks like a jungle. Muggy as hell. Some great food. The venue, B10, is part of all these converted warehouses they made into art spaces. Like a gigantic artist residency. A great show. Met up with Benjamin Norton (who is friends with Shawna Putnam, and was in town.) Met Lance H. Smithand his friends, who brought me out for my spiciest meal I've had yet. Excellent. P.K.14 have a guy traveling with them who is opening most of their shows. Killer solo guitar noise. A kid came up to me and spoke perfect English. He went to Penn State, had a band in Beijing, and he chatted on camera about all sorts of stuff. Very opinionated. My VPN is spotty as hell here, so, until next time, excited to head to Guangzhou for a few days to meet up with Full Label kids and people from Loft345!
