P.K.14 : Return to Beijing

P.K.14's triumphant return to the countries capital, on National Day to boot. Yugon Yishan. THE DYNE play their third show this week. One last group meal with the band. Jonathan shows me photos of Albini and Electrical when they recorded in Chicago. Steve ordered them in Hot Doug's. They went to Kuma's and had Slayer burgers. Totally made me miss Chicago more than I already did. 

One last spectacular set. This band is phenomenal, and their new record is really something else. They sent me away with shirts, promised me they would meet up with me for a proper non-noisey interview, and show me what's what in Beijing when they get back.

Best people. Haisong comes back for 2 weeks, and leaves again on yet another tour. The man has the endless energy of a robot. Good to see them in their hometown. More soon, in every way. Cheers.
